Laundry

If the question "Rachel Saunders does laundry?" pops into your head…you may know me really well! It is on a rare occasion that I will do a load of laundry. But tonight..there is not just ONE load. There may be 3 or 4 that I will be doing back to back. I tell myself that I will not forget anything that I will want but I know there is a very strong possibility that I will not pack something that I would like to wear in Brazil! So anyways, I am titling this blog post as "Laundry" because that is all I am thinking about right now. We just celebrated Mother's Day with my family here at our house and there needs to be a lot of chores done. And the only chore that I have is LAUNDRY! Today was happy and very sad all in one. I am so glad we got to go to church this morning with my two aunts and my grandmother. It is always nice to have all of the family together again. Then most of the family came of for Mother's Day, Michael's 14th Birthday and my departure for the big country of Brazil! It was quite a fantastic day of celebrating. It was a bittersweet good-bye to my Grandmother, Aunt Karan, Aunt Donna, Uncle Will, Cousin Mark, Laura, Cousin Ryan, Shelly, Michael, Lainey, Abby, Cousin Eric, Kim, Isabel and Zach. Renee, Avery, Mom and Dad will be seen again! I will miss all of them so much and the ones that weren't able to celebrate with us today but I will not see for 2 months. They all were very supportive of my travels and wished me a very nice and safe trip and travels! Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive. The evening is finished off with visiting my Grandma and Uncle Noel. Now…it's time for some…just take a wild guess!!….Yep, LAUNDRY!!!
